It is very good to see these deals starting to mature and the dividends starting to flow back into the mainstream as well rather than just to a handful of dealmakers.

I am glad to see a mining company such as Exxaro is doing well in its empowerment benefits. A lot of mining companies globally need to take not of such an exercise, and looking at the technical aspect of where the monies came from being the J.S.E bourse it shows how the growth and sustainability in the South African boards are great. But locally here in Botswana it is a different story. But overall i am happy for the workers and i am sure local business’s within the South African borders will be smiling all the way to the bank.
